About the wine
The Armand de Brignac Rosé is a bright and lively cuvée with complex complexity. Pinot Noir is made by adding 15% still red wine to the final blend and comes from old vines that produce fruit with great flavor intensity. This gives champagne a deeper texture and nuances of red fruits, making it perfect to enjoy from start to finish of the evening.

Tasting note
The bouquet is rich in strawberries, currants and cherries, with floral notes and a touch of sweet almonds. The dominance of red grapes ensures a structured taste with black fruits, cherries and a touch of pastry. The touch of Chardonnay makes for more lightness and elegance.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif or with truffled veal, duck confit and wild salmon.
Vinification
48 months of storage before dégorgement. Blend of three vintages: 2005, 2002, 2003 Pinot Noir wine (12%) is added to the sparkling white wine cuvée.
