About the wine
In 1862, the writer and wine lover Gottfried Keller founded the Zurich State Cellar with his signature. The wines are now popular throughout Switzerland, but the grapes still come from the Zurich region.

Tasting note
The fragrance spectrum of the Akkurat rot of mushrooms and caramel candy shows a complex aroma structure and a lot of finesse. The dominant notes of raspberry, cherry and vanilla shape its individual texture. With subdued, finely developed tannins, medium-bodied and dominant acidity, this fruity red wine shows its flawless texture.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dried meat platters, bratwurst with hash browns or Zurich sliced meat.
