About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Montepeloso has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the flourishing and fertile landscape. We have a special, strong Cabernet Sauvignon from 2020 for you, which will inspire many wine connoisseurs. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Cabernet Sauvignon is ideal to be served with ribeye steak or Gruyère burger.
Tasting note
The fruity aromas of Alpha IGT Costa Toscana of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a great deal of complexity with a very special structure. The distinctive nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper then reveal their own character. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which develops its lively structure pleasantly with finely developed tannins on the tongue and on the palate.

Die Cuvée mit 55% Sangiovese, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon und 10% Malvasia Nera wird für rund sieben Monate in gebrauchten Barriques und Tonneaux ausgebaut und weitere fünf Monate in der Flasche gelagert.
