The Riquewihr is a capricious cuvée of Riesling and Pinot Gris, which is sometimes crisp, fresh and light-footed and then a bit more serious and straightforward again. Domaine Deiss is a “superstar” of the Alsace wine-growing region and is managed by Mathieu Deiss with the support of his father Jean-Michel, who cultivates the farm biodynamically. This white wine gives off a luscious scent of pear, peach, citrus and honey. On the palate, it has a supple, mineral acidity. With each sip, you'll discover a subtle change of character that will keep you enthralled until the last sip.
