About the wine
Give yourself joy for the senses with the fine Alta Mora Etna Bianco DOC from 2016! Blooming and fertile landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cusumano conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience.

Tasting note
Pale golden yellow. Fresh and mineral with aromas of yellow apple and pear as well as herbal nuances of jasmine and thyme. On the palate, the full body meets a mineral framework, a complex character and a delicate melting.
Culinary recommendation
The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2019.
Vinification
The vines are located in the Castiglione di Sicilia area. Planting in trellis system with a density of 6,500 plants/hectare. The harvest is done by hand in the second half of the month of October. Fermentation at 18-20°C, aging in steel tanks on the fine yeast for 4 months.
