About the wine
The “Falkenstein” winery in Vinschgau is cultivated independently and according to his own philosophy by Franz Pratzner as a member of South Tyrol's Frien winegrowers. The winery has been family-owned for over 400 years. Franz Pratzner has been a self-marketer since 1995 and has since then earned an excellent name for himself among South Tyrol's winemakers. His Riesling is even one of the best from all over Italy.

Tasting note
Bright yellow color Citrus and yellow fruit notes with mineral stone notes and spicy nuances. Medium-bodied, eye-catching due to its freshness, a characteristic that invites you to drink a second glass.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish and crustaceans and shellfish dishes.
Vinification
Fermentation and aging in large acacia wood barrels (10 months) and steel barrels (5 months), followed by bottle aging (12 months)
