About the wine

Tasting note
Slight green reflections Fruit aromas of green apples, melon, pear and some pineapple. Balanced on the palate with a nice acid structure, tasty and buttery.
Culinary recommendation
A treat as an aperitif or simply as a snack; it is ideal for freshwater fish dishes such as smoked trout tartare, but also asparagus.
Vinification
2/3 is fermented in steel tanks and has prolonged contact with the fine yeast. The rest is aged in wooden barrels and is also left on the yeast there for 5 — 6 months.
