Tasting note
This wine is complex, voluminous and appeals to a great many customers. We are dealing with a particularly beautiful wine that contains the grape variety Cabernet Franc, unusual for Spain. Very complex, a racehorse!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta dishes, cheese, grills, steak, meat, roasts and osso bucco.
Vinification
The grapes for this come from 1100 m above sea level and therefore ripen much slower and better than in the lower Utiel Requena. They were manually picked with great care and gently processed, fermented in small steel tanks with great care, a long mash storage and then three years in barrels and another three years in the bottle before the wine even goes on the market. Very unusual for today's companies.
