Tasting note
Dense ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of red berries and Mediterranean spices. Very soft, harmonious, full-bodied and velvety on the palate. Long on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Drink this red wine at a slightly chilled temperature of 18°-20°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Medium shelf life (5-8 years and longer).
Vinification
After fermentation, some of the young wine is aged in French oak barriques.
