About the wine
The wine house Pasqua is a long-established family business, which was founded in 1925 by four brothers. Since its creation in the early 1980s, the Cecilia Beretta line has been an experimental stage for Pasqua to modernize its traditional plants. In the meantime, the enormous investments have paid off. The vines have reached an interesting age and a noticeable leap in quality has occurred. Today Cecilia Beretta presents a line that is second to none, new dimensions of aromatic finesse and elegant taste.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Smells of overripe sour cherries, reminiscent of griotte, vanilla and marmalade. Noble on the palate with a tempting middle, expressive and complex with a wide ripe range of aromas. Good concentration, the gentle sweetness makes the wine soft, but the good tannins resist it.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meats, game, spicy dishes and aged cheeses.
Vinification
4 months air dry in small wooden boxes. After vinification in January, 70% is aged in barriques made from French oak and Italian cherry wood, the rest in used traditional tonnaux. The storage lasts a total of 24 months and then 12 months in the bottle.
