About the wine
Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant Corvina 2016 — Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, wooden box! Blooming and fertile landscapes in Veneto give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery L'Anima di Vergani conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Corvina with recent cheeses or hearty meat dishes.
Tasting note
Dense ruby red with garnet hues, intense and persistently sweet bouquet with notes of dried flowers and sweet spices, textured on the palate, soft, with velvety tannin content. Thanks to its elegant structure, this Amarone is also ideal as a food companion.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty meat dishes, aged cheeses.
Vinification
The berries are dried for 90 days, then in oak barrels for 36 months
