About the wine
Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is made from the best grapes from each vintage, which are laid out on grids to dry and only pressed in January.

Tasting note
A true explosion of intense fruit flavors! Contrary to the usual Amarone typicality, which is reminiscent of compote, rum fruit and jam, this Amarone enchants with very ripe but fresh fruit aromas of cherries, figs and blackberries and with a fine sweetness that is not obtrusive.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat dishes made from venison, lamb and beef, and aged cheese.
Vinification
Only the best grapes from each harvest are selected. In small wooden boxes, grapes dry until January. Fermentation is followed by aging in new barriques for one year, and bottled after two more years in large oak barrels.
