About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Sölva Peter & Söhne masters this red wine in the blooming and fertile Trentino countryside. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with ribeye steak or red meat.
Tasting note
Cuvée from the four different grape varieties with up to 5% of dried berries on the vine. The nose shows aromas of dark berries, cassis and dried plums, spiced with bitter chocolate notes and a fine touch of precious wood. Powerful on the palate, with a balanced tannin structure and good length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sophisticated dishes such as grilled tenderloin, ox cheeks, roasts in general, and also with aged hard cheese.
