Das Bouquet des Amphora Aglianico del Vulture DOP von Pflaume spielt gekonnt mit Ihrem Geruchssinn. Anschliessend überzeugen hervorstechende Nuancen von weissem Pfeffer, schwarzer Kirsche und Rauch resolut und bewusst Ihre Geschmackssinne. Schwerer Körper und hervorstechende Säure ergeben den Rotwein, welcher markant mit dominanten Gerbstoffen im Mund sehr viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.
