Tasting note
Disappeared from the Bordeaux region due to phylloxera (phylloxera), this grape variety finds its best spread in Chile. With its dark color, this wine is characterized by its complex bouquet. Aromas of blackberries, cherries and chocolate unfold. On the palate, it is round with good aroma stability and a nice tannic structure.

Goes well with red seasoned meats and spicy cheeses.
