Bio
Tasting note
A full-bodied, elegant and fresh Riesling with aromas of local stone fruits and fine peach aromas. The alcohol is beautifully integrated and has a nice long, fruit-intensive finish.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team tip: Pairs perfectly with prawns, Asian food and Indian cuisine. Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the organic white wine is a slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: now until 2016.
Vinification
Slow pressing of the whole grapes, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with local yeasts, aging for one year on yeast in oak barrels before bottling.
