About the wine
The wine-growing regions of the French winery Château Tirecul La Gravière stretch across the landscapes of the Southwest, where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. If we can offer something special for Easter 2019, it's this striking Sémillon 2016 Andréa Blanc Sec VdP. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this sémillon with salmon pastes or light dishes.
Bio
Tasting note
Light flat yellow. Subtle aromas of lime blossom, red apples, star anise and flowers. On the palate, white fruits dominate a long, wonderful finish. Bruno's atypical white camp wine comes from the vines of the plots “Les Gravière”, La Route and Les Carbonnière”, which are all North-exposed and very calcareous.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Andréa Blanc Sec VdP goes well with appetizers, salmon pastes and light dishes.
