About the wine
ARACHON is a medieval name of the wine-growing town Horitschon. The root word is Old Slavic-Old Slovenian and means “the one at the oaks.

Tasting note
Aromas of cherries, vanilla, marzipan and fine spicy notes that flow juicy over the tongue. The wine is supported by a pleasant tannin backbone. This beautiful assemblage is very compact and dense.

Vinification
After a mash standing time of ten to twelve days and a controlled fermentation temperature of a maximum of 30 degrees, biological acid degradation was carried out. The further expansion took place in barriques for 15 months.
