About the wine
The trees are waiting, we are not, now is the time to live, enjoy and pause the moment by enjoying this excellent wine. This can be read on the Arbui label, whose meaning is, strictly speaking, the tree.
Tasting note
Intense ruby red color with the classic, powerful flavor profile of the Monastrell. Rich fruity aromas complement the roasted aromas of the barrel. The wine has smooth, ripe tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Arbui Monastrell Vinos Alicante DO goes well with brasato, rabbit meat and sausages.
Vinification
The grapes are picked, selected and sorted by hand. Before fermentation, the grapes are mashed on the skins at cold temperatures. The wine is gently pressed, settled and transferred to French oak barrels for 15 months of aging.
