Dramatic dark red Intense aromas of raspberry, blackcurrant, clove, gingerbread spice and roasted aromas, surrounded by juicy plum, blackberry and star anise flavors. A full-bodied and velvety texture, surrounded by soft tannins. The finale features a mineral note that underlines the complexity of this great and refined wine.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with pasta, porcini mushroom risotto, grilled steak, entrecote, châteaubriand, Wellington filet, venison, grilled wild boar and black chocolate desserts.
