About the wine
The grapes, which are selected by hand with the greatest care, come exclusively from old and sustainably managed plots. Although such vines produce lower yields, the grapes are perfectly ripened and concentrated. This fruity, immensely juicy wine can thus mature to the desired harmony under optimal conditions. The result is a truly creamy Primitivo, impressively fruity and full of enjoyment.
Tasting note
The fruity aromas of the Aremera Primitivo del Salento IGP of black plum, apricot and anise express a lot of complexity with a very individual structure. Afterwards, the refreshing nuances of raspberry, black cherry and blueberry reveal their own character. With subdued, pleasantly developed tannins, medium-bodied and distinctive acidity, this red wine shows its masterly texture.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with antipasti, pasta, pizza, risotto, grilled meats, venison, lamb, roasts and spicy cheeses.
