It is reminiscent of mint and menthol, honeysuckle and a little bit of nettles. There are also notes of noisette, nuts, almonds, peaches and kumquats, of a little wood, vanilla and smoke. It is complex and looks elegant as well as inviting. This impression continues on the palate because, in addition to the aroma, the interplay between mature acidity, creamy texture and fine saltiness is also inspiring. There are also tart zests, lots of juice, some malt and a fine trace of wood.
