About the wine

He is undoubtedly the world's most successful and best-known Arneis. The Blangé from Ceretto made Piedmont white wines famous in the 1980s. It is also unmistakable thanks to the label by the famous Italian designer Silvio Coppola. A great aperitif and a versatile accompaniment to food.

Beautifully flower-scented with typical spicy notes reminiscent of frankincense and fir resin. Carefree and pleasantly drinkable thanks to mild acidity, a hint of carbonic acid and the beautiful, herbaceous spice and slight tartness.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with apero, risotto, freshwater fish, and cheesecake.
Vinification
Cold maceration of the mash before fermentation in steel tanks.
