About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Borja Pérez Ignios Orígenes has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and refinement are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the charming landscape of the Canary Islands. You will certainly enjoy the first-class Artífice Llanito Perera Blanco, which was produced in 2020.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: White wine tastes best at a slightly chilled temperature of 10°-12°C.
Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: The wine is fermented spontaneously with ambient yeasts and matures in 500-liter oak barrels for 12 months. Borja works in the cellar with as few procedures as possible and does not use pure yeast, enzymes or other additives. Only before bottling is a small dose of sulfur used to stabilize the wine.
