Tasting note
With aromas of red berries, cherries and a touch of herbs, it shows lively freshness and a balanced fruit profile. On the palate, it is supple, with soft tannins and a pleasant acidity that gives it a good structure.
Culinary recommendation
The wine is drunk young. An all-rounder that also tastes good on its own.
Vinification
The grapes are filled whole, without destemming, in 12,000 kg stainless steel tanks, where fermentation takes place through carbonic acid maceration. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation then takes place in the same stainless steel tanks.
