Vinification
A part of red grapes separated from the stem and processed with a short mashing process gives this typical color and note of an exquisite bouquet and special body longed for by the “classic” spumante manufacturers. The careful and careful frothing for 20-30 days at low temperature makes the base wine a balanced and delicate product of great elegance and perfection.
