About the wine
Picturesque and fertile landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cascina Castlet conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. The dominant white wine 2014 — Ataj Chardonnay Piemont DO is the missing puzzle piece on your wine rack. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Chardonnay is ideal to serve with soft cheese or asparagus.
Tasting note
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, intense fruit and floral aromas, long-lasting finish with balanced structure and pleasant acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, light dishes, fish, crustaceans.
Vinification
Controlled fermentation at 18°C. The wine remains on fine yeast in steel tanks until bottling.
