Tasting note
Brut Blanc de Blancs Chardonnay is an aperitif and festival wine par excellence. It shows a pale yellow color with golden reflections, the perlage is fine and long-lasting. It owes harmony and persistence on the palate to its origin: The grapes come from the best plots in the three most important Geneva growing regions. The subtle combination of fruity and floral notes is noticeable on the nose. On the palate, the fresh and supple first drink underlines the delicacy of the perlage. They are signs of a delicacy that stand the test of time.

Goes well with aperitif, foie gras, desserts.
Vinification
100% Swiss sparkling wine, after squeezing as a still wine prepares. The peculiarity of baccarat lies in its second, natural fermentation in closed barrels, which leads to blistering leads. The fineness is maintained by bottling under pressure at 0°C.
