Tasting note
This Brut Rosé Prestige is lively, round and supple, making it the ideal accompaniment to aperitifs, freshwater fish and red fruit desserts. With a shimmering color, it shows the raspberry scent in the bouquet, as is peculiar to Pinot Noir when pressed as a rosé. The fine and long-lasting perlage makes up, among other things, the charm of this wine, which unfolds directly on the palate.

Vinification
100% Swiss sparkling wine, prepared as a still wine after squeezing. The special feature of baccarat lies in its second, natural fermentation in closed barrels, which leads to the formation of bubbles. The fineness is maintained by bottling under pressure at 0°C.
