Tasting note
Very dark ruby with purple reflections. Multi-faceted scented Expressive, intense notes of black, ripe cherries, plus plums, fresh flowers, cloves and dark chocolate. Dense on the palate, with lots of melting and finely woven tannins. The aromas of the nose are accompanied by some tobacco and cedarwood. Clear, straightforward and precise. Long lingering, juicy and elegant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Fine pasta dishes taste particularly good with this riserva.
