The outstanding aromas of Badilante Toscana IGT of black pepper, spices and tobacco express a lot of finesse with a very unique structure. Vinification
A few words about vinification: Temperature-controlled mash fermentation for 15 to 20 days in modern concrete tanks at 27-28°C. The subsequent maturation takes place for 12 months in so-called tonnaux of 500 liters.
