Tasting note
Dark ruby garnet, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate brightening of the edges. A hint of sweet spices, dark berry fruit, hints of blackberry jam, some cassis and licorice, some tobacco and nougat in the background. Juicy, complex, fine chocolate touch, black berries, fine tannins, extract-sweet finish, sticks well, good length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat with strong sauces, mature soft and hard cheeses, game dishes and grilled meats.
