About the wine
With the dominant Shiraz 2014 — Barahonda Organic Barrica, you can offer your guests something very special. The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Senorio Barahonda is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the graceful Levant landscape. The Flaschenpöstler promise a dining experience when you serve this Shiraz with roasted vegetables or game.

Tasting note
Impenetrable purple On the nose, aromas of black cherries and blackberries, black pepper, graphite and dried meat. Wonderfully juicy on the palate, with ripe black fruits and lots of warm spices. A first-class organic wine, and a great accompaniment to food!
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with paella, legumes and light dishes.
Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks, then aged for 6 months in French wood (500 liters).
