About the wine
The winemaker from the Bodegas Senorio Barahonda winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. This distinctive Monastrell 2015 — Barahonda Summum crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Monastrell with spare ribs or lamb.

Tasting note
Impenetrable purple. Intense aromas of black cherries, blackberries and blueberries as well as hints of cinnamon, cloves and notes of fine wood. Powerful and concentrated on the palate, with a flawless and perfectly balanced tannin/acid structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats, stews and beef.
Vinification
Vinified in wooden barrels, then aged for 16 months in American and French barriques. Bottled unfiltered.
