Bric Balin is, so to speak, the house vine of the Azienda Moccagatta, which towers directly above the vineyard. The Minuto brothers are among the masters of modern Barbaresco style. Only the winery is modern - a real gem, the Minuto brothers work in the vineyard in a very traditional way. Her wines are rich and concentrated, the result of low yields and a long aging period in small wooden barrels. Thanks to the excellent microclimate on the one hand, but also thanks to the great care with which the vines and sparkling clean cellar are maintained here, the “Bric Balin” location has grown to firm values among the great Barbareschi. The 2018 vintage shows a clear, rich aroma, precise, floral-fruity. On the palate, it is velvety soft with very fine tannins.
