Easter 2022 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this standout Nebbiolo 2019 — Barbaresco DOCG Cottà! With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Albino Rocca masters this red wine in the picturesque and sunny landscape of Piedmont. Tasting note
Menthol, pipe tobacco and ripe red berry aromas mix with a hint of violet. Straightforward and full-bodied. Strawberry compote, star anise and mint in addition to firm, fine-grained tannins. Acidity is well balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, foie gras, grill, Mediterranean cuisine, veal.
Vinification
Aging for 20 months in German and Austrian oak barrels Average annual production: approx. 2,000 bottles
