Tasting note
The aromas of anise express a lot of character with a very individual structure. Next, the floral nuances of roses and cherries reveal their own character. A strong body and outstanding acidity result in the fruity red wine, which shows a lot of character and class with dominant tannins in the mouth.

Goes well with aubergine lasagna, bistecca fiorentina, Piedmontese risotto and recent cheese.
