About the wine

The winemaker from the Italian winery Bruno Rocca has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and sunny landscape of Piedmont. Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience when you serve this Nebbiolo with truffle risotto or prosciutto.

Fruity and spicy on the nose. An elegant and warm Barbaresco with a long, fruity finish with notes of cocoa.
Culinary recommendation
Goes perfectly with spicy cheeses, roasts and game.
Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: The Nebbiolo grapes for the Barbaresco DOCG come from top locations in Barbaresco and Neive, where they grow on sandy and chalk soils. After controlled fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is aged for 12-18 months in French barriques before maturing for a further months in the bottle
