About the wine

The winemaker from the Italian winery Prunotto masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the blooming and fertile landscape of Piedmont. The snappy Nebbiolo 2015 — Barbaresco DOCG is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Nebbiolo is excellent to serve with prosciutto or burrata.

Tasting note
Medium ruby red Delicately spicy on the nose, charming and accessible. Subtle undergrowth, violets, culinary herbs, red cherries. Firm on the palate. Present tannins, well-balanced acidity, almost muscular texture. The aromas of the nose are repeated. The finish is medium long and well balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Coniglio or Brasato with polenta.
