About the wine
Sarotto is a typical Italian family business from Piedmont. At the end of the 18th century, the family moved from Barbaresco to Neviglie, where they have been running their winery ever since. Elena is the daughter of Roberto Sarotto, to whom this wine is dedicated. Includes 2 bottles, plug and drop stop.

Tasting note
Dense ruby red with shiny purple reflections. Intense, ripe fruity note, dark berry like blackberry jam, fine roasted notes, earthy notes of undergrowth and truffles. Long-lasting, tasty start, full on the palate, rich and creamy with a long, aromatic aftertaste, warming. Even more youthful, powerful wine with an aromatic finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with classic stews, veal knuckles, creamy saffron risotto with fine truffle slices, pasta variations, regional Piedmontese dishes.
