Tasting note
This full-bodied Barbera has a ruby red color. Elegant fruit aromas of cherries and plums on the nose. Very soft on the palate with a nice fullness and a pleasant acidity. Full-bodied, juicy finish.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for Piedmontese dishes, pasta and strong, dark meat.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes undergo a classic mash fermentation for 5 days between 27 and 30 °C, followed by maturation in stainless steel tanks and in old, large oak barrels, followed by about 12 months of bottle maturation.
