The winemaker from the Italian winery Cascina Castlet masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the fertile and blooming landscape of Piedmont. The snappy red wine 2015 — Barbera d'Asti DOC Litina Superiore is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Barbera with antipasti or Piedmontese dishes.

Tasting note
The pure wine has a ruby red color. The nose is fruity with notes of spices. Elegant and round on the palate with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation

Vinification
The wine is aged for six months in wooden barrels and matures for another 18 months in bottle.
