Tasting note
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent. Intensely floral-fruity on the nose. It's very seductive. Ripe golden apple. Peach, some cedarwood. Dry on the palate. Perfect harmony. Fresh and unobtrusive. Nice length
Culinary recommendation
The perfect dry prosecco as an aperitif.
Vinification
The grapes come from vineyards of Col di San Martino. After maceration, the grapes are gently pressed. The resulting must is fermented directly for about 60 days in autoclaves of pressure-tight steel tanks at 13 to 14 degrees Celsius. The result is a dry and well-balanced, fragrant prosecco with a strong character.
