About the wine
The family business Azienda Agricola Enzo Boglietti has been pressing its own grapes since 1991. The typical varieties of the region now thrive on 22 hectares. The winery has made a name for itself in the wine world with Barolo, which has been developed for a very long time in Neuholz, France. In the meantime, the wines have tended to become more filigree and elegant again, and are still part of the top league in the Barolo area.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red, distinct fruit notes with wood and spice tones, very strong, elegant and harmonious, with tremendous length and noticeable acidity and tannins. A noble, modern Barolo with great aging potential!
Culinary recommendation
Goes perfectly with hearty meat dishes (brasato, gigot, game) as well as spicy cheeses.
Vinification
20 days of temperature-controlled fermentation with daily stirring. After that, another 60 days on the grape skins. Aged in French oak, aged in bottles for 8 months.
