Tasting note
Beautiful garnet red with orange reflections. Wonderful aromas of ripe red cherries, licorice and cocoa flow into the nose. There is also a hint of herbs and slightly mineral notes in the air. Enormously full body with soft juiciness at the start, impressive tannins, which impress with their softness. Very complex wine, which impresses with its complexity all around.

Vinification
Fermentation for 7 to 8 days at controlled temperature. 24 months in 50% new and 50% in 2- and 3-year-old barriques.
