About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Giovanni Rosso has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape of Piedmont. If you want to surprise a wine connoisseur, then with this snappy Nebbiolo 2015 — Barolo DOCG Cerretta! Tasting note
Complex and expressive scent of violets, wilted roses, ripe cherries. The palate expresses all the richness of the Serralunga with a beautiful body, pleasant tannins and a good finish.
Culinary recommendation
Very suitable for tasty meat dishes, also with morels, or dishes with truffles.
Vinification
The grape harvest takes place in mid-October. Fermentation for 28 days in cement containers, with daily circulation of the mash. Ageing then in barrels of 25 and 50 hl. made of French oak wood from the Fontainebleau forests.
