Tasting note
The aromas of anise express a lot of character with a very unique structure. Next, the delicate shades of roses and cherries reveal their own character. Its rich garnet red crowns every festive time with style and magic. You won't find this shade in any color catalog. A strong body and outstanding acidity result in the fruity red wine, which shows a lot of character and class with dominant tannins in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation

Vinification
Information about vinification: Only the best grapes are good enough for Bruno Giacosa's vineyard Barolo “Falletto di Serralunga d'Alba”. After careful hand-picking, the grapes are gently pressed and the mash is immediately fermented in a classic way. The young wine is then aged in wooden barrels for 24 to 48 months, followed by maturation in bottle for six to twelve months.
