About the wine
This outstanding Nebbiolo 2011 — BAROLO DOCG riserva San Giuseppe crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. The winemaker from the Italian winery Cavallotto B. Boschis masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the sunny and fertile landscape of Piedmont. The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this Nebbiolo with truffle risotto or burrata.
Tasting note
Carefully selected Nebbiolo grapes that are still pressed according to old tradition. The young wine is then stored in large oak barrels from Slavonia for up to 5 years. This Barolo brings an incomparable complexity of aromas that range from roses to violets to tar and truffles. Barolo should usually be decanted a few hours before drinking.

Goes well with brasato, game and lamb dishes.
