About the wine
With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Vigneti Luigi Oddero & Figli masters this red wine in the fertile and sunny countryside of Piedmont. With the snappy Nebbiolo — Barolo DOCG, nuances and accents are redefined. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Nebbiolo is excellent with burrata or pizza.
Tasting note
The Barolo shines with a garnet red color in the glass. It has a unique, pleasant scent with notes of dried roses, licorice and a touch of truffle. Very delicate on the palate with nice fruit notes of strawberries and raspberries. A traditional Barolo of great nobility.

Vinification
After 10 to 20-day maceration at between 27 and 30°C, the wine is stored in large, used oak barrels for 24 months, followed by 12 months of bottle aging.
