About the wine
The winemaker from the Swiss winery Caves Saint-Valentin has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and refinement are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and beautiful landscape of Vaud. With this powerful Chasselas 2015 — Barque du Léman Caves S. Valentin St Saphorin AOC, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this chasselas with poultry or aperitif.

“Color: Brilliant gold with medium reflections. Aromas: Ripe and fruity bouquet, golden delicious, banana, pineapple with a touch of honey and caramel, mineral, subtle spice, fine floral notes. Body: Lively, slightly sparkling drink, racy acidity, creamy, pleasant “mouth feeling”, present palate aroma. Quality: Harmonious, elegant Chasselas.”
